Who is responsible
DoorEntra, a product still in development. The legal entity is to be named here before launch. You can reach us at hello@doorentra.com.
What we collect when you join the waiting list
- Your email address.
- Which form you used (the top of the page or the bottom), and the date.
- If you choose to answer: your role and how many buildings you look after.
We do not use cookies or trackers on this page, and it loads nothing from other companies. Fonts and images come from this site. The sign-up form sends your email to our own server at manage.doorentra.com.
Why, and on what basis
To write to you once, when early access opens, and to decide whom to contact first. The basis is your consent, which you give by joining the list.
Who sees it
The DoorEntra team. The data is stored on our own servers in Amsterdam, in the EU. An email is sent to our operators when someone joins. We do not sell it or share it.
How long we keep it
Until early access has opened and you have had the chance to answer, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is sooner. We delete the waiting list within 12 months of the last time we write to it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw consent, at any time: write to hello@doorentra.com from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
